Vessel Purchase Fee Schedule, Payment Requirements & Refund Policy:

Seller requires $500 deposit with any valid offer presented (Vessel & Payment Terms are Negotiated by a case by case basis in purchase contract)

Ebay Auctions / Listings – Payment of Deposit is to be made to ABC Motors & Marine within 48 hours of an EBay auction close. Buyer has 7 days from sale or auction end to disburse payment unless otherwise negotiated. FINAL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH WITHIN 96 HOURS. (14) Fourteen days are granted for delivery or pick-up of purchased vessel unless other shipping arrangements are made at time of sale. Here to: If vessel is not delivered or removed from our facility within the allowed time period we may at our discretion charge a storage rate of $15 per day.

Sales tax is buyer’s responsibility in home state or country.

Buyer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise negotiated prior to or within 14 days of contracted sale.

In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/ venue shall be governed by South Carolina (USA) law, and MUST take place in Jasper County, State Of South Carolina.
